Join Our Firm! Currently Recruiting for a 3+ Year Attorney

We are a well-established law firm in Sacramento with a relaxed, collaborative work environment, seeking a transactional attorney with 3+ years of experience. Our statewide practice focuses on local government law, public policy, and environmental matters, including water and wastewater issues. We represent both public agencies and private entities in a variety of administrative and regulatory matters. This position offers the chance to work closely with clients and build strong professional relationships while tackling cutting-edge legal and policy issues. Candidates with a passion for representing local public agencies in governance, policy, and operational matters will thrive here. Strong legal analysis, time management, issue-spotting, and writing skills are essential, and experience in one or more of our practice areas is preferred. We offer a hybrid work model (in-person/remote), a reasonable billable hour requirement, and a competitive salary and benefits package.
